3 table spoons of hemp seed
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 large avocado or 2 smaller ones
1/8 tea spoon of cayenne pepper
juice of 1 lemon
5-6 cherry tomatoes
1 table spoon of flax oil
salt to taste
1/2 of jalapeno
Blend all ingredients
