1 cup of soaked overnight mung beans
1 small onion
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of cilantro
1/2 cup of parsley
1 tea spoon each: coriander, cumin, red pepper, turmeric
3- 5 table spoons of starch
salt to taste
Chop in food processor. Form patties and refrigerate 30 minutes. Bake at 350 F ( 175 C ) for about 20 minutes turning over to achieve golden crust. Can be cooked in dry cast iron pan or pan ligtly brushed with oil.
