2 cups of flour
1 tea spoon of dry yeast
1 tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of sugar
pinch of baking soda
2 table spoons o oil
2 table spoons of yogurt
about 3/4 cup of warm water
Dough: dissolve yeast in 2 table spoons of water, add oil and yogurt. Mix flour with salt, sugar and soda. Combine flour mix with yeast mix. Add water as needs to make firm dough. Knead. Let rise till doubles in volume.
Filling: 2 potatoes, salt, 1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of mango powder, chopped green pepper, 2 table spoons of chopped cilantro, 1/2 tea spoon of garam masala.
