Chocolate Green Smoothie ( learnrawfood.com )

1 1/4 cups water
2 bananas
4 pitted medjool dates, soaked in water for 10 minutes and drained
3 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups chopped spinach or Swiss chard, packed

Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
