1 cup soaked cashews
3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons agave nectar
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high
speed until smooth. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Stored in a
sealed container in the refrigerator, Sweet Orange Cream Sauce will keep for 3
days.
Sweet Lemon Cream Sauce: Replace the orange juice with 1/4
cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and add 1/2 cup of water.
