Rye Pie With Salted Muschrooms ( Aspiri)

2 - 2 1/2 cup of rye flour
1 tea spoon of baking powder
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of beer
pinch of salt

Filling: 1 cup of salted mushrooms ( potential substitutions are olive tapenade, salted eggplants), 2 onions, black pepper. ( cut and saute)

Mix beer and oil. Sift 2 cups of four with baking powder. Add liquid to flour gradually.  Let rest for 15 minutes Roll dough out to 3- 4 mm thickness.

Bake 30 min at 355 F ( 180 C )
