Pear and Parsley Smoothie (learnrawfood.com )
2/3 cup water
2 pears, chopped
1 cup chopped parsley, packed
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator, Pear and Parsley Smoothie will keep for 24 hours.
