400 gr green beans
100 gr walnuts or pecans
1-2 cloves of garlic
20 gr green onion
pinch of saffron
20 gr green basil
20 gr cilantro
1/2 tea spoon of thyme
Salt and red pepper to taste
Steam the beans. Do not salt. Squeeze extra water out. Collect the squeezed water. Chop up the beans. Chop garlic with salt. Chop the nuts. Mix with spices. Mix with beans. Add a bit of water. Chil for few hours.
