Hummus ( 101 Cook books)

Chickpeas, mung beans or fava beans

4 cups of cooked beans, process gradually adding water ( about 1 cup)
1/2 cup of lemon juice
salt to taste
1/3 cup of tahini

Blend till smooth

Green sauce: 1/4 cups of parsley, 1 jalapeno, 1 large clove of garlic, salt to taste, lemon juice and olive oil to make up consistency.
