Almond Carrot Cake (Purmarili)

200 gr of sugar
2 table spoons of oil
2 eggs or 1+3 flax +water
1/2 tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of baking soda
1/2 tea spoon of baking powder
1/2 tea spoon of cinnamon
pinch of cardamom
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup ground almond
250 gr of graded carrot

Cream: 150 gr of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of fine sugar- cream together

Mix sugar and oil, add eggs, bit with hand mixer till fluffy.Pour in though the  sieve flour, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and cardamom. Mix.
Add ground nuts and carrot.

Bake in 320F ( 160 C) oven approximately 30 minutes.  Cool cut into 2 or 3 layers and spread with cream. Chill for an hour and serve.
